All patients were subjected to MDCT PNS after detailed clinical examination. The symptomatic accuracy for bacterial sinusitis and fungal sinusitis was 99%, and the diagnostic accuracy of benign, malignant tumors and other miscellaneous conditions was 100%. The p value was obtained after applying Fischer Exact test. The p value obtained was statistically significant for all the disease condi tions.Based on the statistical values it can be inferred that multi detector computed tomography is useful to characterize paranasal sinuses lesions and also delineation of anatomical location, extension and bony involvement.There are certain limitations in our study. But even now in the 21st century the same basic principle ofhow garbage trucks are run has remained the same. They even require 1-2 sanitary engineers to operate a garbage truck, and they still have to take the trash from your home to landfills. Advancements could be made and an event has proven that robotic vehicles can drive on their own.The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) grand challenge is hosted a first of its kind all robotics race through the Mojave resign from Barstow, California to Las Vegas, Nevada. Two hours before the race the contestants are given the route at which their robots will have to take in order to win the race. one time the race starts human intervention will result in disqualification. The prize for finishing in the fastest time is one million dollars. So far no one has ever finished the race the farthest robot going just over seven miles, but they have made tremendous progress.Imagine this cutting edge technology incorporated into garbage trucks. This would eliminate the need for humans to transport garbage from your home to a landfill. Garbage companies like Waste Management would save millions of dollars because they wouldn?

My Educational PhilosophyEducation is the foundation of human interaction. School is where students take in knowledge that will determine what they do with the rest of their lives. Students atomic number 18 offered enormous opportunities through education. Many times these opportunities are largely affected by how the material is presented to them. As an educator one is given the opportunity to palliate the learning of these students and affect their lives in hopes that they use this information to progress forward into the future. My goal as a teacher is to educate the future generations of America. I lack to be a teacher because teaching is a unique occupation that will provide me with intrinsic takingss.I have found that the students have a large impact on how much I appreciate the art of teaching. I feel that teachers that have stable and healthy relationships with their students are the most successful. throughout my student teaching experiences I have genuinely strived to be respectful towards all my students and each of their differing learning behaviors. All students learn at different paces, and pee better with some learning styles rather than others. This does not mean that students should be left behind because an educator prefers certain learning styles over one another. A good teacher attempts to you all types of learning styles in order to reach out to all types of learners. One can do this by touching on all aspects of Gardners multiple intelligences theory when creating lessons. I believe that assessment in the classroom should be constant. Student should have the chance to be bedded beyond the simple tests and quizzes. Presentations, class discussions and other ways that students can prove that they are comprehending the presented knowledge is important and should be noted. I am quite fanatical about my content area, teaching allows me to communicate and share that knowledge with my students. Social studies cover so many areas history, political science and the social sciences. I ensure each of these areas to be quite fascinating as well as lessons and skills that the students learn in these classes that they will use in the rest of their lives. The challenge and reward that comes from understanding the cognitive level of adolescent students is what makes me prefer working on the secondary level.A teacher is more that just a facilitator of knowledge. A great teacher is one that fulfills all of the following roles educator, mentor, role model, authority figure, planner, assessor, counselor, as well as a peer.

Sexual activity as described by Solomon and Nagle is comprised of a moral standard and naturalness aspect. So, in claiming an act is perverted we must first examine it through a moral framework and understand how this interacts with the naturalness of a particular act. Solomon makes the distinction as follows Perversion is an insidious conceptTo describe an activity as perverse is non yet a full short-winded moral condemnation, for it need not entail that one ought not to indulge in such activities. Along with the examination of the spirit of an act, there must be clear justification as to why sexual acts deserve special separate ethical principles. The question arises does an act simply due to its sexual nature deserve a separate form of moral inquisition than other acts that occur in nature? In this essay I shall argue that perversion and immorality are not mutually exclusive. By this I mean that a sexual act that is, by my definition, immoral must also be perverted. It is also my contention that if an act is perverted we must also define it as immoral. This second part of the argument is contrary to what many of you have claimed. At the outset of this paper I would also like to state my support of Thomas Nagels argument holding that the connection between sex and bringing up has no bearing on sexual perversion. (Nagel 105)I will begin first with the idea that sexual behavior should not be granted its cause moral code. Sexual ethics only makes sense if sexuality plays a unique role in human life. If procreation has significance precisely because it is a contribution to Gods ongoing work of creation, sexuality is supremely important and must be governed by restrictive rules, which would therefore prohibit sexual acts that are not for procreative purposes. This justificati on of sexuality as a unique aspect of human life, however, is dependent on a theological claim that there exists a God who micro manages the sexual lives of individuals. Without the presence of such a God, there can exist no separate restrictive rules on the nature of sexual acts. Even if we grant that there is a God, most people will agree that sex is more often used as a agency to intensify the bond between two people and therefor sex is the ultimate trust and intimacy that you can share with a person.

The Caribbean Identity The way in which Bentez-Rojo and Mintz tackle the question of Caribbean identity in their articles, is a removed, objective ideal, in contrast to Michelle Cliffs portrayal of Jamaican identity. Cliffs portrayal touches the heart and soul of Caribbean identity. While Mintz and Bentez-Rojo are investigating trends in the Caribbean as a whole, from an outside perspective, Cliff offers the personal, tactile imagery of what it is to live in the Caribbean, utilizing the objective account of history as a background. Furthermore, Cliff deals with Jamaica, one island in the Caribbean, while Mintz and Bentez-Rojo are dealing with the Caribbean on a grand scaled overview. The fact is neither article can be taken as unadulterated truth. In fact, although Cliff uses history in her novel, I believe the account of history from someone who has completely accessed the interior of a place, is always tone ending to be biased. Likewise, Mintz and Bentez-Rojo in making their hypo theses, are lacking an insiders view. It is the difference between a Caribbean person and Caribbeanist, respectively. Therefore, while on a logical level, an analytical level, Bentez-Rojo and Mintzs, conclusions as to Caribbean identity could rightly be accepted, these two authors do not possess the experience and intensity to make me as a reader, convinced of their conclusions.Bentez-Rojo and Mintz do hire imagery in their texts. For example, Bentez-Rojo quotes E. Dovergier as a manner of displaying with images what he has attempted to explain regarding rhythm as being the unifying factor of Caribbean culture. Part of this verbal description reads, the buyers buzz around like a swarm of flies they haggle, they gesticulate, they laugh, they babble ... ...er, it seems to be in Jamaica specifically, the elite and ruling class are never going to understand what it was like to be a slave or possibly never admit that it was wrong to encourage slavery. Those who were slaves or relatives of slaves, understand the horrors associated with slavery and go out not be able to forgive completely the naivity and self involvement on the part of elite in continuing slavery. For as Clare says, although emancipation last came, as well as official freedom of Jamaica from Britain, there is no essence of complete freedom.
